A Blind Box is a type of packaging that keeps its contents hidden. They are identical in every way and nobody—including us—knows which toy is inside. You will only know what you get after you open it!
Usually, buying a “Whole Set” ensures you get one of each standard design without repeats. However, please check the specific product description as rules can vary by series.
No. Due to the nature of blind box products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened boxes. The thrill of the “blind” experience means you might not always get your first choice, but that’s part of the fun!
We ship directly from our local logistics centers in the United States and Europe to ensure fast delivery to your doorstep.
For orders within the US and Europe, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. International orders may take 7-15 business days.
For customers in the US and Europe, there are usually no additional customs duties as we ship from local warehouses.
We process orders very quickly. If you need to make a change, please email us at xinnicepte@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the package has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot make changes.
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened, unused items in their original condition. Please note that opened Blind Boxes are final sale and cannot be returned.
