We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn and unused
- With tags
- In its original packaging
Receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
IMPORTANT: Blind Box & Mystery Item Policy
Due to the nature of Blind Boxes and Mystery items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these products once the packaging (foil bag or box) has been opened.
- Sealed Blind Boxes: Eligible for return within 30 days if the outer plastic wrap is intact.
- Opened Blind Boxes: Non-returnable and non-refundable.
- “Secret” or “Hidden” Editions: We do not guarantee specific figures in blind boxes. Duplicates may occur if purchasing single boxes, and returns based on “not getting the figure I wanted” are not accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For manufacturing defects (e.g., broken parts inside a sealed bag), please contact us at xinnicepte@gmail.com with photos of the defect.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at xinnicepte@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
